Building on two decades of industrial infrastructure experience, DPE now designs, engineers, and constructs gas transmission and distribution systems for industrial facilities, municipalities, and energy plants.

Design, Construction, and Systems Integration

DPE manages the full pipeline project lifecycle in-house. From route planning and engineering to field construction, testing, and handover — one team, no gaps.

Pipeline Engineering

Route surveys and alignment planning. Hydraulic modeling and capacity analysis. Piping stress analysis and support design. P&ID development and code compliance review per API, ASME B31.8, and DOT standards.

Field Construction

Trenching, bedding, and backfill. Welding and fusion bonding of steel and polyethylene pipe. Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for crossings. Installation of valves, fittings, and isolation systems. Permit management and safety compliance.

Systems & Commissioning

Regulating and metering station (RMS) installation. SCADA systems and remote monitoring integration. Sectionalizing valves and cathodic protection. Hydrostatic pressure testing and NDT. Integrity certification and regulatory sign-off.

Pressure testing to code specifications, leak detection, and documentation for regulatory submission and operational sign-off.

Radiographic, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle testing of welds and pipe joints to verify structural integrity before commissioning.

Cathodic Protection Systems
