TECHNICAL DEMOLITION & INDUSTRIAL DISMANTLING

Controlled Demolition. Zero Surprises. Site Ready.

DPE performs full and partial demolitions in active industrial, commercial, and healthcare environments — removing heavy equipment, substations, and structures safely while keeping operations running.

Technical Demolition & Industrial Dismantling

Precision Dismantling for Complex Industrial Environments

DPE has been executing technical demolitions since 2004 — from single-substation removals to full industrial plant teardowns. We handle structural demolition, electrical disconnection, hazardous material management, and site restoration under one contract. Work is performed in active environments, without disrupting adjacent operations.

Full and partial demolitions in industrial, commercial, and healthcare facilities

Removal of substations, transformers, energized lines, and heavy-tonnage equipment

Demolition in operational environments without service interruption

Hazardous material handling and on-site recycling

Civil restoration, grading, compaction, and site delivery ready for construction

Who We Work With

Industrial plants and manufacturing facilities, healthcare and hospital campuses, energy utilities and power generation sites, and commercial and municipal properties undergoing redevelopment.

Technical Capabilities

Structural Demolition, Electrical Removal, and Site Restoration

DPE self-performs every phase of technical demolition in-house. From planning and hazmat assessment through dismantling and final grading, one crew owns the full scope.

Structural Demolition

Full and partial building demolitions. Industrial plant teardowns. Selective structural removal in occupied facilities. Deconstruction of concrete, steel, and masonry. Debris management and on-site sorting.

Electrical & Equipment Removal

Substation and transformer removal. Decommissioning of energized distribution lines. Safe disconnection and removal of motors, switchgear, and control systems. 69 KV and medium-voltage work performed to code.

Site Restoration

Civil grading and compaction. Soil remediation coordination. Utility capping and rerouting. Final site delivery ready for new construction or permit closeout.

Safety & Compliance

Safety Standards & Regulatory Compliance

All DPE demolition work is planned and executed under strict safety protocols. We manage hazardous material identification, permit coordination, and agency compliance from pre-demolition survey through final site closeout.

01

Hazardous Material Management

Pre-demolition surveys identify asbestos, PCBs, lead, and other regulated materials. DPE coordinates licensed abatement and disposal documentation before any structural work begins.

02

Energized Work & Electrical Safety

DPE crews are trained for energized line work and substation decommissioning. We maintain power to neighboring equipment and properties throughout the process.

03

Material Recycling & Salvage

Steel, copper, aluminum, and other salvageable materials are sorted and recycled on-site. Responsible disposal reduces landfill impact and may offset project costs.

Key Projects Executed

Demolition Projects in the Field

From 10-story hospital teardowns to multi-substation removals in active industrial plants, DPE has a track record of executing complex demolitions safely and on schedule.
